We sat down with the Gray Quarter team to evaluate and optimize our online presentation with our existing Accela Citizen Access. In very short order the team evaluated our entire public-facing approach and put together a holistic “remodel” of ACA. The results have been remarkable. We have seen a 50% increase in online activity, a 65% drop in ACA created temp records, and a whopping 89% drop in phone calls to office staff regarding ACA issues.
